Embroidery vs. Screen Printing - what should I know?

Embroidery

Logo Embroidery is completed in-house by our master embroiderers on state of the art Japanese machinery. Our team will assist in colour matching your logo with a wide range of premium thread colours. Embroidery is extremely durable and long lasting, making it perfect for uniforms that are washed and worn time and time again.

Embroidery has a low minimum of six units, meaning it is a really accessible service for businesses of any size. We recommend embroidery for most branding jobs, and you can embroider aprons, shirts, tops, vests & pants in any position that our machines can fit.

Screen Printing

Screen Printing is a great option to replicate a graphic print on your uniform pieces. Ideal for detailed graphics that are difficult to replicate with embroidery, or if you are wanting to cover a large area of our garments. You can also get a close to perfect Pantone or PMS colour match when working with screen printing.

Screen Printing is a fantastic option for items such as tees, tote bags or aprons. One important consideration when choosing between screen printing and embroidery is the durability. While screen printing can delivery punchy, crisp, large scale branding - it isn't as durable as embroidery.
