Once your order has been returned and recieved by Cargo Crew, a member of our Returns Department will reach out letting you know.
You will be refunded the same way you made purchase. For example, if you paid via PayPal, you'll receive your refund via PayPal.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to arrive back in your bank account.
